have envisioned on their own and the CRA pitches in resources to help those projects become reality. Current grants available to qualified stakeholders are listed below.
The Site Improvement Grant covers residential exterior improvements. Maximum award is $8,000. Requires 2/3 match from grantee.
The Commercial Building Improvement Grant covers costs for exterior improvements on commercial properties. Some applicants may be eligible for interior improvements as well. Maximum award is $50,000. Requires 1/2 match from grantees.
