The residential portion of the Gatway Triangle Area experienced a stormwater drainage construction project. Swales, culverts, driveway aprons and pavement were renovated. Final completion was reached February 13, 2013. The picture above shows custom handrails that were installed in the right-of-way on Shadowlawn Drive, just prior to final completion. The project construction was funded by a Disaster Recovery Initiative Grant, and the design and inspection services were paid for by the Gateway Triangle Community Redevelopment Agency.

If you live or own property along Haldeman Creek and are interested in getting involved, we have two open seats on the Haldeman Creek Municipal Service Taxing Unit Advisory Board. The AB meets once per month, though not usually every month, on the first Thursday of the month at 4pm at the CRA office, 4069 Bayshore Drive. If you are intereted, fill out the online application.
